Affordable Senior Care was established in 2017 and serves all of Broward County. We are not a Nurse Registry, but rather an Agency. You may be wondering about the difference between the two. Well, there are quite a few distinctions. First and foremost, our staff members are direct employees who have undergone thorough background checks, including fingerprinting and photos. We ensure that our staff is qualified, experienced, and equipped with all the necessary documentation to be a home health aide or CNA in the state of Florida. ​We also conduct tests to assess their competency and abilities.

The main advantage of our approach is that we take care of all federal and state taxes, unemployment taxes, and workman's comp for our employees. On the other hand, a nurse registry hires 1099 staff or subcontractors, which means they are not considered employees. As a result, they are responsible for their own taxes, and liability insurances, leaving you exposed to potential risks.

At Affordable, we are affiliated with the Better Business Bureau since 2017, with an A+ rating, and have been members of the Home Care Association of Florida since 2017. ​We are licensed, bonded and insured, and have five-star ratings. Moreover, we are a Florida Medicaid provider and Long-Term Care Provider for several reputable companies.

Having been in the home health industry for over 19 years, I understand the importance of treating every patient with dignity and respect. I always instruct my staff to care for clients as they would care for their own parents. ​We have a Zero tolerance policy for anything other than Superior Service for our clients.

However, our management is hands-on and available 24/7, with a dedicated on-call phone for after-hours and weekends. ​We offer flexible scheduling, and our terms are fair and reasonable. For convenience, we are a DocuSign Provider, allowing family members living out of state to sign contracts electronically. ​We also accept all major credit cards and long-term care insurances. We assist you in navigating the claims processing, which can most often be difficult.
